1. No Refunds & Donation-Based Payments
This Program is offered on a donation-based / pay-what-you-can model.
All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
By submitting your payment, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy fully.

2. No Guarantees or Warranties
While this Program is created with the intention to support your personal growth and wellbeing, results are not guaranteed.
Your personal success depends entirely on your own effort, commitment, and application of the material.
The Program and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

3. Not Medical, Psychological, or Financial Advice
All information, practices, teachings, and guidance included in this Program are intended for educational and spiritual purposes only.
This Program does not replace or serve as:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Love Alchemists / Priska Waijers shall not be held liable for:

any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in this Program,


or any decisions or actions made by you as a result of the Program.


You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Love Alchemists / Priska Waijers from any and all claims, liability, or damages.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, videos, audio, worksheets, PDFs, and materials are the intellectual property of The Love Alchemists / Priska Waijers.
You may use them for personal use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, or teach the content without written permission.

7. No Sharing of Access
Your access to the Program is for your personal use only.
You may not:
share your login details,


give other people access,


or distribute the content in any form.



8. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase or participate.
By joining, you confirm that you are voluntarily choosing to engage in this Program.

9. Privacy
Your email and personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required for program delivery (e.g., hosting platform).

10. Right to Remove Access
The Love Alchemists reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program for harmful, disruptive, or abusive behavior.
No refunds will be provided.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Acceptance
By enrolling in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
